How do I go about booking your services?

Feel free to call or email me (see contact card below). We will discuss your needs and I will put together an invoice and contract if you decide to use my services. I keep it as simple as possible! Once the invoice and contract are created and agreed upon, I just require my booking fee which will secure my services.

  • regular session: $60.00 booking fee (single person, family portrait session, etc)
  • large gathering: $150.00 booking fee (large family celebration, Wedding, etc)

Is there a session cancellation fee?

For weddings or large gatherings (more than 12 people) there is no fee as long as you cancel more than 45 days out from the scheduled session. If there is a cancellation within 45 days I keep the booking fee which was paid up front. For regular photo sessions I will refund $40 dollars of the booking fee as long as you cancel outside of 14 days before our scheduled session.

Note: the booking fee DOES go toward the final invoice.

What kind of products do you offer?

My main focus is photographic prints but I also offer CDs / DVDs, photo books, canvas prints, mugs, etc. Let me know what you require before we book our session and I will work on delivering on your request.

What do you charge for your prints?

Session prints are provided on Kodak Endura paper and are very competitively priced. For example, 8 wallet sized are $4.50, a 4×6 print is $5.00, a 5×7 print is $7.00 and an 8×10 print is $11.00 per.

Are you able to ship orders?

I am able to have items shipped directly to your door. I offer a standard shipping option for $ 15.00.

Do you travel for personal portrait sessions?

I do travel within a fairly large area with Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania at the center. I like to go to places where the subject(s) will feel most comfortable as I feel it allows them to relax and be themselves.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, check and PayPal payments (if you have a PayPal account). Checks should be made out to Vincent J. Connor.

What do you charge for your time?

For regular portrait sessions (not large gatherings like Weddings) my fee is $80.00 per hour. For large gatherings, my fee is $115.00 per hour. Please contact me to discuss my documentary style wedding coverage options.

I have a minimum of two hours per session but may be able to accommodate a shorter time frame. * NOTE: my time will include the actual photography as well as post-production and editing time.

How long does it take to view my session proofs?

Session proofing is provided through my website within 9 days of the shoot. For larger events the proofs will be available within 20 days. I believe in giving the final product all of the attention it deserves.

Your proofs will be available on the site for 6 months.

How do I review my session photographs?

I upload the proofs to my website under the “my gallery” page. Just click the link to your session and key in the password I have provided. Each photograph on your proof page has its own filename and unique number to help you indicate your favorites. I currently accept orders over the phone or through email, whichever is more convenient for you.
